Restaurant Demo is an intimate high-end restaurant in Helsinki that has held a Michelin star since 2007. After moving in 2024, it now sits on the 14th floor of the We Land building in the Ruoholahti district: six-metre-high windows with views over the sea and the city, an open kitchen and understated Nordic design turn dinner into a full experience even before the first course arrives.
