The cafe stands on the shore of Häränvirta, near the guest boat jetty and the Äänejärvi swimming beach. The menu features pizzatta, a folded deep-fried pizza, burgers on focaccia buns, salads, and cold and hot drinks. All the meat used is Finnish, and extras such as Aura cheese and bacon are available for a small charge. A children's menu offers sausage or meatballs with fries.
The terrace has lake views, and next door is the Rantaviidakko playground, designed by children. The kitchen closes 30 minutes before the restaurant closes. Allergen information is available from staff on request. Seating, entrance, toilet and car park are all wheelchair accessible.
