The family-run gym has over 2,000 m² of training space, more than 180 exercise stations and 54 machines. It is an official HYROX Training Club. Alongside group exercise, services include personal training, body composition measurements and massage.
Membership has no fixed term, can end at the close of a billing period and can be paused, for example during holidays. Upstairs sauna and meeting rooms are available to hire. Corporate services include wellbeing days and staff exercise sessions. The car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
