The public crane sculpture designed by Jari Suuronen was unveiled in 2021. Metalwork students and staff from POKE vocational college helped make it. It refers to crane motifs in the town's coat of arms and bridge.
The work stands in the Viiskulma roundabout. It was selected in an open art competition in 2019, with criteria including local identity, weather resistance and low maintenance.
