In the historic Tuomarniemi area, this campus houses Sedu vocational education and an upper secondary school, with continuing education in technology and services. Workplace training is offered to businesses. An immersive space combines audiovisual and interactive experiences for learning, workshops and events.
The historic rector's house can be hired year-round for celebrations and short meetings. Hankavesi lake has basic accommodation and a lakeside sauna with a lounge, toilet, water point, fridge and coffee maker. The grounds include a tree species park with over a hundred species.
