The house manufacturer supplies ready-to-move-in packages in Pirkanmaa and nearby areas, and weathertight packages in Southern and Central Finland. Exterior walls are factory-made and the house is erected in about a day. Interior work takes place on site, with clients choosing finishes, furnishings and lighting.
Sales, design and construction are handled in-house. The package covers work from foundations to finishing, site cleaning and final cleaning. Groundworks, principal design and site supervision can be included by agreement. Domestic materials and partner companies are used, and house viewings are held for prospective buyers.
