This construction company, founded in 2009, specialises in industrial construction and renovation. It builds turnkey industrial halls with steel, timber or concrete frames, and the timber halls use the company's own Helmihalli element system. Move-in-ready Helmitalo houses are also sold.
Houses are built for private clients, housing companies, businesses and the public sector. A contract can cover everything from design to final cleaning, or just part of the work as a subcontract. The main service area is the wider Pirkanmaa region, with projects elsewhere in Finland by agreement. The company works with a network of local construction subcontractors.
