This registered association was founded in 1994 to reduce unemployment and to improve the livelihood and the mental and physical wellbeing of unemployed people. It belongs to the national umbrella organisation for unemployed people. A recycling centre and a café serving coffee, tea and juice operate in the same premises. Unemployed people are offered work opportunities and work-based learning and training periods.
The association provides unemployment counselling and runs information activities, lectures and exhibitions. Members can join hobby and recreation activities such as theatre, exhibition and fair trips, summer trips, and outdoor and fishing days. The crafts workshop has an overlocker, a sewing machine, two looms and materials for members, and there are also garden and woodworking tools, a computer and a copier.
