Online coaching for complete Counter-Strike teams combines competitive gaming with vocational studies. Incoach provides the coaching, and participants can earn a partial vocational qualification certificate towards upper secondary studies. Esports education has been offered since 2014.
Teams apply together, and every player also submits an individual application through Opintopolku, Finland's study application portal. Applications are accepted year-round, with selection based on the application. Teams can arrange a bootcamp at the school, which has a classroom with ten gaming computers. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
