Founded in 1975, this regional pensioners' association brings together eight local associations with about 1,700 members. It links local groups with the national organisation and represents older people's interests at regional and local level.
Activities for retirees include hobbies, events and opportunities to meet others. Member associations receive support in developing their activities, along with training and planning days.
