The car wash belongs to a chain with locations across the Helsinki region and Vantaa, plus one in Turku (Räntämäki). The chain runs on a membership model: a fixed monthly payment covers unlimited washes at its locations, with a 12-month contract that then continues on a rolling basis. There are three tiers: Exclusive is available 24/7 and includes every wash option, 24/7 is also open around the clock, and Night can be used from 20:00 to 08:00.
The automatic washes use WashTec machines and offer ShineTecs wax. The chain says it uses brushless washing technology, which it describes as the first of its kind in Finland, along with organic wash products, and it recycles its wash water. Self-service bays are available at Bemböle and Oulunkylä, and Bemböle also has a dog wash. Corporate wash packages are offered for businesses. The maximum vehicle height ranges from 2.4 to 3.2 metres depending on the location.
