This family-run fishmonger sells fresh fish and seafood. Domestic fish such as pike-perch, perch and whitefish are always of Finnish origin. Fresh fish arrives weekly from the Nordic countries, with selected delicacies brought in from further away, including tuna, scallops, king crab, lobster, crayfish, octopus, oysters and mussels, fresh or to order. An in-house kitchen prepares the shop's own dishes daily.
The Kauklahti shop serves lunch from Tuesday to Thursday, to eat in or take away, with a weekly menu. Advance orders can be placed by email or phone, with a separate form for larger holidays. Special requests are welcome, backed by a wide network of partners. The shop is part of the K-Supermarket Lasihytti, and the entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
