A trained massage therapist and energy therapist offers classical, sports, jaw-muscle, energy and children's massage, as well as bodywork. BodyMind Energy Balancing uses light touch over clothing, with no need to undress. Energy sessions can also take place remotely by video call.
The practice is in the Huoltamo premises and welcomes clients of all ages; children must have a guardian with them. Visitor parking is available in the building, about a ten-minute walk from Iso Omena shopping centre and metro. Payment options are card, MobilePay, exact cash, Epassi and Edenred. Gift cards and multiple-session cards are valid for six months.
