Built in 1913 as architect Sigurd Frosterus's summer home, the seaside villa is owned by the City of Kauniainen. The main hall seats about 40 and upstairs rooms about 20, with around 60 seated indoors in total. Cocktail events can accommodate over 100. There is a large yard and covered terrace.
The venue suits weddings, celebrations, meetings, seminars and retreats. The seaside sauna is rented separately, and a hot tub can be ordered. Guests may bring their own food and drinks; catering or a kitchen-only option is available. Equipment includes a light sound system, projector or display, microphone and TV. Tableware, linens, waiters and entertainment are arranged through Merirosvot Juhlapalvelu.
