Flexible office space is rented out on the Otaniemi campus, close to Aalto University and VTT. More than 200 companies from different fields work on the campus. A HUB small-office area suits teams of up to ten people with shared services, and spaces can be designed for hybrid work, collaboration or special uses such as labs or production space.
Campus services include a reception, seminar and meeting rooms, a gym, five saunas, and bike and car parking. There are restaurants, cafés, catering and a 24/7 market, plus hairdressing and beauty and health services. The buildings are LEED Gold certified. The campus is served by bus, metro, light rail and Ring Road I, and the car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
