Founded by Carola Lindholm-Gerlin in 1993, the consultancy focuses on workplace conflict, coaching and training. It develops leadership and teams and investigates conflicts through mapping conversations, fact-finding and mediation. It also examines inappropriate treatment and workplace bullying.
Individual and team coaching is offered alongside tailored training from leadership to employment law and employment law advice. Clients come from municipal, private and public organisations. Webinars cover workplace topics.
