The company prepares official energy performance certificates for existing and new buildings in the metropolitan area and nearby municipalities. Certificates are registered in Varke's energy certificate register.
Existing buildings receive a site survey lasting about an hour. Missing drawings can be ordered from municipal building archives, and multi-building companies can request a separate quote. Orders use a quotation form and email. Delivery normally takes 1–2 weeks, or a few days for urgent work; other service areas are by agreement.
