Founded in 2014, the engineering consultancy designs and supervises renovation and energy efficiency projects for residential and commercial properties. Work includes pipe renovations, commercial space alterations, drainage and stormwater projects, and building envelope repairs. Expertise covers structural, HVAC and electrical design, balcony safety assessments, energy efficiency and indoor climate.
Clients include housing companies, property owners and property managers. Projects start with an assessment of the existing situation, followed by solutions chosen together with the client. Project management is available alongside design and supervision.
