The consultancy belongs to an international design and consulting group founded in 1945 by engineers Børge Rambøll and Johan Hannemann. Group services include architecture, landscape and urban planning, technical design and environmental solutions. Its work also covers strategic sustainability, project management, health, safety and risk management, and property asset management.
Serving public and private clients, the group also works in transport, energy, water, waste and resources. Its main owner is a Danish foundation established in 1972 that supports research, education and humanitarian projects.
