This gym is near the Otaniemi campus, by the sea, with space on three floors. It offers free weights and functional training, and services include personal training, massage, group exercise, gym guidance, ball game groups, InBody measurement, Neurosonic and courses. The Aalto room is a mirrored hall with skylights, suited to events for about 30 people. It is run by UniSport, a Finnish university sports organisation that publishes a carbon footprint report and sustainability plan.
Merchandise is sold and equipment can be rented. Some hours are self-service with no staff or cash desk, and new members collect an access card at the customer service point. There is a large bicycle parking area in front and a city bike station 50 m away. Parking is available nearby, with some spaces above the hall reserved for customers outside 8-18. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
