Bread is made by hand from flour in the shop's own bakery, using a sourdough starter. The range includes white bread and rustic loaves with a crisp crust and slightly moist crumb. Handmade sweet baking includes cinnamon buns, doughnuts, Finnish sweet buns and Danish pastries.
The shop is in Kaupunkikeskus Lippulaiva. Layer cakes and pastries can be pre-ordered through the chain's online cake shop. Head confectioner Eero Paulamäki, a Nordic chocolatier and Culinary Olympics winner, creates the cakes and confectionery.
