Bread is made by hand from flour in the on-site bakery, including white loaves made with a sourdough starter. The loaves have a crisp crust and slightly moist interior. Handmade pastries include cinnamon buns, doughnuts, Finnish sweet buns and Danish pastries.
The shop is in Ainoa shopping centre. Head confectioner Eero Paulamäki creates the chain's cakes and confectionery. Custom celebration cakes and pastries can be ordered in advance through the chain's online cake shop.
