The company cleans and maintains ventilation ducts in detached houses and housing companies. It sells, installs and replaces ventilation units, and also does ventilation renovations and airflow measurement and balancing. Bearing replacement for ventilation units uses original SKF parts with a 24-month warranty. Service vehicles carry spare bearings and parts, so maintenance and bearing work are often done in one visit. Staff hold S2-level electrical contractor qualifications for small electrical jobs, and the company also cleans kitchen grease ducts and installs roof fans, range hoods and hot water cylinders.
An authorised ventilation company, it sells and installs air-to-water, exhaust-air and air-to-air heat pumps, and is an official reseller of Daikin and Jäspi air-to-water heat pumps and Nilan exhaust-air heat pumps. Work is documented with before-and-after photos and airflow measurement reports. Housing company projects are scheduled apartment by apartment, and service agreements cover filters and maintenance.
