Owned by Helsingfors Svenska Scouter r.f., this scout cabin stands beside a national park. The two-storey wooden house has a common room, kitchen and sleeping wing, accommodating about 50 on bunk beds, mattresses and floors. It has electric heating, running water, a kitchen hot-water tank and cooking equipment. Tableware serves around 60, and a projector, screen and speakers are provided.
The wood-fired sauna holds about ten, and the grounds have a campfire area with benches. Sheets are mandatory; bring pillows and blankets. Users arrange firewood and tools. Cars can reach the yard only in summer; winter parking is on the gravel area at the start of the access road. Bookings go to the association's office by email. Hire is mainly for scout groups and associations running scouting activities, rather than parties.
