The Espoonlahti regional library of about 3,000 m² is on the third floor, with a children's and youth department and a 200-person multipurpose room. The Elixia fitness centre and Terveystalo health services are on the same floor. The private English-language daycare Pilke Playschool follows the Finnish early childhood curriculum.
A children's changing room near the restaurants on the second floor connects to a play area. The P1 parking level has two bottle return points, one with a Rinki eco-point. Two ATMs are at street level near the metro entrances, and there are Posti pickup points and parcel lockers for DHL, Matkahuolto, PostNord, GLS, DB Schenker, UPS and FedEx. Groceries are covered by K-Supermarket, Prisma, Lidl and Alko. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible, and wheelchairs can be rented.
