The organisation focuses on short-term therapy and therapeutic skills training for mental health and social care professionals. Its cognitive analytic short-therapy programme comprises 30 credits in ten- and twenty-credit parts. Themed courses cover areas such as trauma, therapeutic relationships, emotions and embodiment.
The first part can be attended remotely or in person; the second uses an online application. Courses appear in an online shop and calendar. Individual, couple, family and psychotherapy services are offered through withHeltti. The office is in the Pilotti building at Spektri Business Park.
