Founded in 2004, this construction company renovates kitchens, apartments, bathrooms and saunas from demolition to finishing. It installs fitted furniture and appliances, including integrated units. Exterior work includes terraces, facade painting and repairs to plinths and fences, with particular expertise in precise renovation of older buildings.
Asbestos surveys are arranged before demolition, and licensed partners handle removal. Electrical inspection reports are obtained, and bathroom waterproofing is independently inspected. One contact person covers the whole project. Work is mainly in Uusimaa, with jobs farther afield considered.
