Founded in 1974, this stone-house company designs and builds individual homes to suit the client's plot and wishes. Its main structure is a solid lightweight-concrete wall without separate insulation or a vapour barrier. The company is part of the Bauroc AS group.
Homes can be supplied turnkey under one contract, as a completed frame or as a frame-material package. The Kivikoti design service works with architects and specialist designers, while a preliminary Tonttivisio study explores plot use.
