Founded in 1992, this construction and renovation company works in the Helsinki metropolitan area and nearby municipalities. It builds new detached, semi-detached and row houses, either as a whole-house contract or as individual subcontracted works such as foundations, frame and interior work. Renovations cover saunas, bathrooms, kitchens and parquet floors, plus the related electrical and HVAC installations.
Designers can be arranged through its network, and the company procures materials itself. It also advises on renovating a home before sale. Work is done under warranty, and the company takes client liability so customers can use the household tax deduction.
