The family business handles new construction, house packages, renovation and refurbishment, alongside building consultancy. It draws on more than 50 years of house-building experience and has continued through a generational handover.
Sites have one to four workers depending on the project. The firm also works with around ten Finnish subcontractors, many of them independent entrepreneurs with decades of shared experience. Work is covered by written contracts and standard warranty terms.
