Founded in 2017, this family-owned renovation company acts as main contractor for demanding facade, balcony and roof renovations. Its clients are housing companies and property owners. Facade work includes three-layer plastering, insulation plastering and ventilated facades; balcony work covers concrete repairs, cast-in-place new balconies and waterproofing; and roof work covers seam-metal roofs, bitumen roofing and rainwater systems.
It works mainly in Uusimaa but takes projects across Finland. It holds the RALA qualification, and each project has its own site-specific quality plan and occupational safety plan. Documentation uses Admicom Vision software and work-phase planning uses Admicom Tempo, and safety measurements are carried out weekly on site.
