The department store opened in 1981 and was extended in 1987, 1990 and 1998, then fully renovated and reopened in March 2017. It sells fashion, sports, home goods, cosmetics and food. Bookable services include wardrobe styling, colour consultation, underwear fitting and shoe service, plus make-up consultation, bridal make-up and skin treatments, among them Armani and YSL beauty services. Tailoring and garment sewing are available for men and women.
The store is in the Ainoa shopping centre. Online orders can be collected from a parcel machine on the first floor during opening hours. Appointments are booked online, typically 2 to 4 weeks ahead, and some services are offered only at certain department stores. Parking is free for one hour. The entrance, car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
