Founded in 1978, the club offers artistic gymnastics, trampoline, TeamGym and acrobatic gymnastics for recreational and competitive participants. Other options include FreeGym, NinjaGym, family gymnastics and a gymnastics school. Ponnari activities cater for children and young people needing additional support.
Family gymnastics starts at age one and basic gymnastics at age three. School holidays bring day camps, and themed sports birthday parties can be held in the halls. The club uses four halls, including this one in a civil defence shelter. Coaches and instructors train through the Finnish Gymnastics Federation system.
