The club specialises in trampoline gymnastics and cheerleading. Trampoline disciplines include individual and synchronised trampoline and double mini trampoline. It offers recreational groups and a competitive pathway towards international events. Its children's and youth activities hold the Olympic Committee and Finnish Gymnastics Federation Star Club mark.
Activities include courses, workshops, free practice, school groups and holiday sessions. Club clothing is sold through a shop, alongside a second-hand sales section. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
