Founded in 1964, the club offers team gymnastics, family exercise, adult group exercise, senior classes and adapted physical activity. Children's and youth groups include story-based gymnastics, acrobatics, trick training and Ninja gym. Competitive groups cover team gymnastics and dance-style gymnastics.
Register for classes through Myclub. The club also runs summer camps, open family events and recreational competition championships. It is a member of the Finnish Gymnastics Federation and the regional sports organisation ESLU.
