Founded in 1950, the neighbourhood association works to develop the residential area and its services. It represents residents, shares local information and supports community life, including an annual neighbourhood event.
Together with the KAMU city museum, it has compiled a mobile digital history guide. Its website publishes local news and information about activities such as a youth club, family café and reading dog visits at the library.
