Ventilation plant rooms are prefabricated, fitted out and tested indoors before delivery, keeping construction protected from weather-related moisture. Rooms can be installed inside or outside a building, with steel, glass or stone-panel cladding chosen to match its architecture.
Turnkey delivery covers HVAC, structural and electrical design, steelwork, HVAC installation, automation and electrical work. Transport and on-site installation are included, and a maintenance agreement is optional. One contact person handles the whole project. Construction waste is recovered and recycled.
