This classical singing festival was founded in 2014. Its activities include an annual festival, seasonal special concerts, a singing masterclass and choir sing-along evenings, as well as children's concerts and training. The artistic directors are bass Mika Kares and bass-baritone Erik Rousi, and the managing director is cultural producer Emma Puosi. It has presented leading Finnish artists and supported young singers with annual concert scholarships. Past programmes include Bach-style Easter concerts, a Mother's Day serenade and Wagner's opera Lohengrin as a festival production.
Concerts are held in local venues such as Kustaa Aadolfin kirkko, Vuojoen kartano and the local multi-purpose hall. Tickets are sold in advance through lippu.fi and at the door before concerts, and some events are free. The main partner is the municipality, with cooperation from the local Christian college and the parish.
