The Pentecostal congregation was founded in a home in 1937, following early meetings from 1924. It meets in a former savings bank building purchased in 1960 and later extended. It supports mission work in countries including Thailand, Russia and Albania and has also worked in Karelia.
Activities include a homework club, prayer meetings and a music café. Services are streamed online, with media work dating from 2006. The entrance, car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
