This training house serves public sector and non-profit organisations, helping managers and experts develop their skills. It was founded in 2018 by Anne Siegberg, who also worked as a trainer. Sessions are led by a multi-disciplinary team of trainers, and the content is customised to each organisation's needs. Themes include customer service, digitalisation, inclusive leadership, facilitation, employment law, results-driven management, financial skills and communication. Trainers also cover workplace wellbeing, AI, robotics, preparedness and information influence.
Training can be held at a location the client chooses, online, or as a hybrid of the two. Other offerings include training on preparedness for crises and disruptions and continuity management, as well as workplace mediation using conflict-resolution methods. Listed references include several Finnish municipalities and cities, plus Fida, Helsinki NMKY and Hotel Arthur.
