Individual psychotherapy is offered to adults and young people, alongside parental guidance. The work uses cognitive methods, including mindfulness and acceptance skills and schema therapy. Solution-focused psychotherapy and workplace supervision are also available.
Kela rehabilitation psychotherapy is provided through in-person and remote sessions, and services include intensive medical rehabilitation. The therapist is a registered nurse with a master's degree in health sciences and has practised psychotherapy since 2015. An accessible toilet is available.
