The Vestia sorting yard accepts household and business waste in loads no larger than a passenger car trailer. Larger loads must go through the Ylivieska weighbridge. The yard operates mainly as a self-service facility.
Sort waste at home and load it in the order of the yard's bins. Loads are declared at the payment kiosk, which accepts cards only. Registered business customers can pay by invoice and bring occasional waste. The yard closes temporarily below -25 °C. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
