The ice hall has about 400 seated and 100 standing places for spectators. It is the home venue of the Kiilat team, which has a dedicated league-sized 52 m² dressing room. There are four team dressing rooms in all, two with private showers and one with a shared area of nine showers. A separate referee dressing room has a toilet and shower. Three accessible spectator places are on the hall side, with more by the restaurant window.
The Café Lämäri restaurant seats about 60 and serves pastries, pasties and pizzas. Team lunches or dinners can be ordered, and large windows overlook the ice, with a TV showing broadcasts. For private events and games it is licensed (B-rights) to serve beer, cider, long drink and wine. The second floor holds VIP facilities: a 26-seat meeting room with AV equipment, karaoke and wireless fibre connection, plus a VIP sauna and changing room with a view of the ice. A media area in the A-box has power outlets for computers and video equipment. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
