Run by the Northern Finland Education Centre Foundation, the institute offers vocational qualifications and skills development for adults. Business studies can focus on sales and customer service, with a further vocational business qualification offered for immigrants.
Apprenticeship study is available. Employers can arrange skills assessments, staff development and recruitment training, including joint programmes with employment authorities. Learning systems include Studenta, Moodle and Teams. The entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible.
