The association's annual festival brings together folk and world music performers from Finland and abroad. The programme also features Northern Ostrobothnian musicians and Finnish pop acts. A folk music course runs alongside the festival.
Events include church concerts, lecture-concerts and an international FolkAreena discussion. A dedicated children's day makes provision for families. The association's premises have a wheelchair-accessible entrance and car park.
