The farm has been in the same family since 1619, with roots in the 1500s. Pick-your-own strawberries have been offered since 1987 overlooking Lake Mahnalanselkä. It grows Polka and Marketta strawberries, keeps dairy cattle and also sells firewood.
Most berries are picked into customers' own containers, though ready-picked strawberries are sold too. The strawberry shed has a rest area for eating your own food and parking in the yard. The season falls in July; phone ahead to confirm picking availability. Accessible parking is provided.
