Founded in 1994, the gymnastics club offers acrobatics, parkour, TeamGym and apparatus gymnastics from toddler age to adulthood. Parents and children train together in family groups. An adapted small group serves children and young people needing extra support, and TeamGym has competitive teams in classes 1 to 3.
Adult groups also cover handstands and strength work. A trial session is available before joining. Employer sports benefits are accepted for adult groups and courses. The club holds the Finnish Gymnastics Federation's Star Club recognition and follows responsibility and fair-play principles.
