These club premises are associated with reservist organisations. The reserve officers' club behind the activities dates from 1949 and supports field fitness through training.
The club organises airgun and firearm shooting, including practice and competitions at Honkala shooting range. It cooperates with veterans' organisations and takes part in commemorations. Activities also include a celebration on the eve of Independence Day.
