This pet hotel is an alternative to a standard kennel and looks after both dogs and cats. A pet can stay overnight while its owner travels, spend the day during a workday or enjoy a holiday-style stay. Each dog gets its own private room, a soft bed and a daily activity programme, with a chewing treat available on request. Cats have their own section with separate rooms. It opened in 2016 and runs as a franchise, with other sites in Seinäjoki, Ylöjärvi and Turku.
The staff are trained animal caretakers. Cameras record continuously and there is a theft and fire alarm system, though staff are only occasionally present at night. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible. Gift cards for the pet hotel's services can be bought online.
