The serviced apartments cater for longer stays, business and holiday travel, and temporary housing during moves, renovations or water damage. Each has a bathroom with sauna, equipped kitchen, beds, TV and armchairs or sofas. All apartments are smoke-free; some accept pets.
Laundry facilities are in the apartment or a shared room reserved for guests. Linen, sauna use, parking and Wi-Fi are included. Courtyard areas are available, and Goodman shopping centre is about a five-minute walk away. Short stays are accepted only for the same week; longer stays are quoted individually. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
